1-You may return or exchange only at the same time when you receive the order with the same courrier.

2- Your item must be in the original packaging. The courier will not accept items that are not returned in their original state.

3- The shipping fee must be paid in the case of return or exchange. Please note that this fee goes to the shipping company and not our entity.
